Every experience I have had with this company over the years has been exemplary. Whether it be for an issue thats needs repair or normal bi-yearly maintenance. Today is a great example as my A/C unit outside was sparking during the rain last night. I called David at Austex and he was at the house around noon and had it diagnosed and fixed in minutes.
